Yoga + L'Oréal EverSleek

Stopped practicing yoga for almost a year and I really really miss it :'(

And not to mention, the positive effects it has on me & my body!

I used to practice religiously at Hom Yoga but got lazy to go all the way down to the studio, find a parking space, etc.

But I've always believed and benefited from the positive effects of yoga and what better way to get back on track with everyone in office!! Pleasantly surprised to know that the pixies were all very interested & keen too, teehee.

Googled for a private yoga instructor and finally decided on one. 

We had our first class on Tuesday and it feels amazing working out with everyone.. the energy's priceless :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All of us were aching the next day.. but it sure feels great ;)

We're committed to having lessons every week.. so thankful to have all of us motivate & encourage one another. Definitely makes it much easier!

With the recent haze there has been a lot of harmful chemicals in our atmosphere.. Thank goodness it cleared up quite drastically over the past week! Still, please remember to bring your masks out and keep yourself constantly hydrated! It’s no telling when the haze will return.

Being curious I did a little online research and made a shocking discovery about what sulfates were! If you’re as clueless as me, sulfates are the drying chemicals that can cause scalp irritation, hair loss and scalp acne!! ☹ The worst thing is that this foaming agent can be found in majority of commercial personal care products such as shampoos and facial care cleansers as well as industrial cleaning products like floor cleansers and laundry detergents.. *shudders*

Boy was I glad to have received this EverSleek range! The multi award-winning L'Oréal Paris Hair Expertise is one of the FIRST affordable, high-quality ranges with a 100% sulfate-free ingredient list. They are also infused with natural, healthy botanical oils such as rosemary, juniper, mint, camelina and orange peel!

As if that’s not enough – together with Republic Poly’s Centre for Innovation and Enterprise, L'Oréal Paris has even carried out proper tests against both traditional non-conditioning shampoos and a high-end Salon brand system (that includes shampoo, conditioner and hair mask!). The results showed that the L'Oréal Paris Hair Expertise system performed 16 times better than the normal shampoo and 2 times better than the expensive salon brand!!!

The L'Oréal Paris Hair Expertise range contains four different ranges to suit all hair types and needs! My EverSleek range is works best for frizzy/damaged hair due to hair styling or colouring. It’s perfect for me! And you know what? There REALLY is a difference.

After I stopped using my regular shampoo & conditioner, and switched to the EverSleek range I discovered that my hair became aloooot softer and silkier. And I attribute it to the botanical Argan Oil, Olive Oil and Sunflower Oil infused in it ;) The absence of sulfates also protects your scalp and helps it to restore its natural moisture, resulting in smoother hair right out of the head!!
