Good Nation at *SCAPE!

Don’t know what you should do on National Day next Thursday?

Join Vel, Jie & myself at *SCAPE this 9th of August for GOOD NATION as we celebrate National Day together with host Daniel Ong, Natalie Hiong, Fad Faction, Tzireand many more!

There will be lotsa food, flea, fun & performances!

​On top of that, there will also be youth-initiated programmes such as Heritage on Wheels, Mosiac Challenge & Singapore Amazed with Street Art.

Three of us will be there to sell our pre-loved clothing & even some of which we’ve never worn before!

We will also be releasing some brand new items purchased from our sourcing trips ;)

Here’s a little more about the performing acts!

• Natalie Hiong: Banker – turned singer – songwriter, writes music of poignant beauty. Her songs showcase her soothing vocals, virtuosity and profound musicality while her heartfelt lyrics bring you on a journey from the heights of being in love to the depths of heartbreak.Coming from a family of musicians, Natalie started learning the piano when she was 3. She wrote her first song at 12 and won a national songwriting competition at 15.

• Fad Faction : Formed in 2008, Fad Faction has taken part in countless competitions and am no stranger in the dance scene in the recent years. They have clinched 2ndplace in Pulse! HipHop Knockout 3 and 3rd place in Dare To Dream: Hip Hop 360 and they’re striving hard for more to come.

• Lion City Lockers: Singapore's very own locking community, established since 2008, The Lion City Lockers bring you back into time to the Funk Soul era of the 1970s with their popping, locking and waacking! Watch and boogie along as these funky dancers shake it off for this festive celebration!

Also, good food awaits as there’ll be bbq, candy floss, yoghurt & hotdogs! 

Sounds like a huge fun fair! So please come on down and show your love if you are free. 

Oh, there will be a pledge taking moment at 8.03pm as well so let’s do this together! 

Also, this is one event where we want everyone to be true to yourselves so come dressed in what you think best express yourselves!
